rag-faiss-crossencoder	Ask questions over a PDF: embed chunks, retrieve with FAISS, rerank with a cross-encoder, then answer with OpenAI.
vfs-marketplace-agent	Marketplace agent that treats domain state as a lazy virtual file system—read markdown, write JSON, Postgres stays the source of truth.
skill-tree-rag	Terminal chatbot where markdown skill trees are first-class tools, synced into typed tool calling for the agent.
